Return & Cancellation Policy
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled as we start processing the order as soon as it is received. Exceptions can be made at the sole discretion Katkaria Creations. Please contact us quickly if you want to cancel, or modify your order. Any changes can only be made before the order is shipped.
We will gladly accept any unused product in its original packing within 7 days of delivery. On returns, we reserve the right to send you a replacement or refund the product amount.
We do a 100% quality check for all our products before sending them out, in the rare case that the product you receive is not in perfect condition, we welcome returns on the following terms –
- You have received a damaged product: A product can get damaged in transit and while we do ensure the best possible quality controls, sometimes a damaged product might go unnoticed.Ā Disclaimer: Minor lines on the stones are natural and should not be seen as damaged goods but be accepted as these are natural material and these textures and lines make each product unique.
- Mismatched product delivered, in terms of style, color and/or size mentioned in the description. Disclaimer: The color and texture of two stones can never be the same. Therefore, returns are not accepted in such cases.

Return Process
- If you want to return any product because of any of the above two reasons, please get in touch with our Customer ServiceĀ within 48 hours from the receipt of delivery.
- You can get in touch with our Customer Service by sending us an email toĀ support@katkariacreations.inĀ or call us onĀ +91 7983448671Ā between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. (Monday ā Saturday)
- We will send you a return confirmation email. Please take a printout of that email and send the same to us along with the returned products.
- Please use a track-able and reputed courier company for the same. We must receive the return shipment within 10 days of issuing the authorization email.
- Once we received the returned products and after inspecting the condition (products should be in originalĀ packing and they should be in an un-used condition), we would either send you a replacement OR issue you a refund for the same through an online bank transfer within 7 days.
- No cash refunds are made.
Note: Return Shipping Charges will be paid by the Customer only. We do not reimburse the shipping charges.

Terms & Conditions for Return
- The final decision on whether a returned item will be approved or rejected lies completely withĀ our Quality Assurance Team.
- The returned items will only be accepted in their original packaging, which includes bags, tags, boxes, invoices, documentation, warranty cards (if any), all accessories, and all the things that were present when the item was delivered to you.
- The product you’re returning must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. If it is used, damaged, soiled, or altered, the return won’t be processed and the items will be sent back to you.
- PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT THE PACKAGEĀ INĀ DAMAGED OR SPOILED CONDITION.
- Products in sets cannot be returned individually.
- If we are unable to send you a replacement of the item that you have returned, we will offer you a refund for the same.
- Please note that the products might look different from the ones you see on the website as they are handmade and made from natural material and no two stones and handmade articles can be exact replicas.
By confirming the order, it is deemed that the customer has read and agreed to abide by the return policy.
